Ready to Retire? Let's Preserve Your Legacy Together

Personalized solutions from a fellow local business owner

From Founder to Portfolio Owner

Born and raised in Kansas City, Victor Adam is a hands-on entrepreneur who actually operates businesses, not just buys them. He founded Network Gladiators and grew it to multi-million-dollar annual revenue in under 12 months by winning and delivering large commercial low-voltage projects across the United States.

Through Axiom Legacy Ventures, Victor helps owners transition on their terms. Using flexible, tax-efficient seller financing and other bank-alternative structures, he creates exits that protect the team, preserve the name, and often put more net dollars in the seller’s pocket. Owners can exit fully or stay on in an advisory role.

“I don’t buy good local businesses just to gut them or ship them out of town.”

Building Legacies, Empowering Futures

Victor’s credibility comes from building and running real businesses in this market:

  • Founder, Network Gladiators – grew to multi-million-dollar annual revenue in under a year through operational excellence and strategic growth

  • Delivered the $4M Blue Hawk Sports Park low-voltage/AV scope in Overland Park

  • Active owner/investor in service, transaction, and technology-focused ventures

  • Owner/Investor in a 160-unit multifamily property in Arizona

Because he’s run teams, hired techs, delivered on tight timelines, and protected margins, Victor understands how easily a good company can be damaged during a transition. That’s why his approach is operator-led and seller-friendly, not slash-and-burn.

He also holds interests in supporting businesses and platforms that streamline transactions, giving sellers a smoother, faster path to close.

Building a Portfolio to Outlast Us

Axiom Legacy Ventures is building a durable, impact-minded portfolio designed to keep strong small and mid-sized businesses alive—especially for founders who are ready to retire but don’t want to see what they built sold off to an out-of-state buyer.

For owners, that means: your people stay employed, your name and reputation can stay on the door, your company keeps serving the Kansas City community, and your exit can be structured to be tax-smart, phased, and not rushed. Your legacy becomes part of something built to grow without erasing the business that made it possible.
